Complimentary Registrant

As an exhibitor, you will receive one free full conference registration. You will be asked for that person’s information on the online exhibitor registration form.

Electricity

Access to electricity will cost an additional $30 per booth. You will be asked to indicate whether or not you will require electricity during the registration process.

Parking

As an exhibitor, you receive one free parking voucher. Vouchers will be in your conference packet on your exhibit table and you will only need both your parking stub and voucher on departure from the conference site. Upon exiting the parking ramp, you’ll enter your parking stub first, and then the voucher to clear the amount you owe. If you will not need a parking permit, please send an email to Emily Reynolds.

Exhibit Staff

You will be asked for the names of those staffing your booth on the online exhibitor registration form. Exhibit staff should check in at the conference registration booth to obtain nametags. Please note that if exhibit staff wish to attend conference sessions and have lunch, they must register for the conference.
