For those conference attendees needing overnight accomodations, the Nelson Institute has secured a discounted block of rooms at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, which is connected to the conference center.

RESERVING A ROOM:
- Call (608) 255-5100 and mention that you would like to reserve a room under the "Sixth Annual Earth Day Conference" block.
- In order to secure the conference rate, reservations must be placed by March 16, 2012.
- Guest rooms must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival in order not to be billed one night's room and tax.
