Dan Rosetta is the facilities operations director at American Family Insurance company, where he provides strategic leadership for the operations and maintenance of American Family’s national portfolio of owned properties, including the 1.3 million square foot headquarters located in Madison, WI. Dan has been an employee of American Family for 35 years, serving in various leadership roles for the company. Dan relocated from Denver to Madison, WI in 2008 to serve in his current role. In this role, Dan has led development of American Family’s first ever environmental sustainability strategy, the company’s energy and land management strategies, and has championed countless environmental initiatives, such as one of WI’s largest rooftop solar arrays, native prairie restorations, organics recycling, and other practices that improve American Family’s environment footprint.
