Sue Menzel is manager of the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Community College (LCOOCC) Sustainable Agriculture Research Station and part of the LCOOCC Extension Department.
Menzel attended Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) in Rice Lake, the Davenport College for the Study of Emergency Medical Services in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the LCO College for Sustainable Agriculture/Natural Resources. Recently, Menzel was awarded a certificate in Intensive Aquaculture training from UW-Stevens Point.
Menzel has worked in Chicago for the Green Corps Youth Program and Chicago Conservation Corps. She also spent two years in Americorps. Her diverse background contributes to the knowledge and skills needed to manage the college farm.
