Brad Barham teaches and conducts research at the nexus of agriculture, environment, and economic development as a professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at UW-Madison. He is part of a team studying sustainable and equity implications of policy options for addressing the crisis of the Colorado River Basin.
