As author and speaker Patrick Hillberg addresses organizational dysfunction and how it inhibits innovation and leads to unintended scandals. He brings decades of industry experience in advanced manufacturing and managing product lifecycles.
He teaches graduate courses in engineering management at Oakland University, and was recently the workforce development lead for Siemens PLM. He collaborates with industry, academia and workforce organizations to develop talent management strategies, and is an advisor to numerous education and workforce committees.
He received a BS in computer science from Michigan Tech, an MSE in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan, and a PhD in systems engineering from Oakland University.
