Spectrum is a manufacturer of high-quality furnishings and technology equipment for education institutions and other learning environments. Spectrum employs about 180 people and has three manufacturing facilities in the Chippewa Valley. Klomstad has been with Spectrum since January 1983 and her passion is helping employees develop their skills and abilities.
Klomstad graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree and received a master’s in business administration from Lakeland College. She is currently working on a master’s in sustainability management from UW-Stout and expects to graduate in May 2021.
