What Happens After You Register

Thank you for registering for our 2022 Earth Day event. We look forward to seeing you both virtually and in person on April 21! Here’s what you need to know before the event.

Instructions for Participating

After you registered, you should have received a confirmation message that included a link to the full program. This link will give you access to all of our Earth Day content and serve as a “home base” during the event, so keep it handy (you might consider bookmarking it). Feel free to visit the link before the event to view additional session details.

If you didn’t receive the confirmation message, email Emily Reynolds at ereynolds2@wisc.edu. The confirmation would have come from noreply@order.eventbrite.com. You can also check your spam folder.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Event

All virtual live sessions will be held on Zoom. If you’re not familiar with Zoom, here’s a helpful guide to help you get started. Join links will appear at 8:30 a.m. on April 21 on the full program page you received in your confirmation email. If you visit the page before 8:30 a.m., you will have to refresh it to see the join links. The virtual live sessions will be recorded for viewing later on YouTube.

Some of sessions will have an in-person component. The location will be listed on the full program page. The in-person sessions will have attendance limits. Please register for a ticket through the main Earth Day registration.

If you have any questions, email Emily Reynolds at ereynolds2@wisc.edu.

Accommodation Requests

If you need an accommodation to attend or participate in this event, please contact Emily Reynolds at ereynolds2@wisc.edu or (608) 265-2564. All accommodation requests should be made no less than two weeks before the event. We will attempt to fulfill requests made after this date but cannot guarantee they will be met.
