Tricia Groby

Tricia Gorby is the director of the Natural Resources Institute at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Division of Extension, where she provides administrative leadership across diverse programmatic and operational areas, including outreach program development, evaluation and program impact, budget management, and external partnership and donor development strategies. She also oversees support for the critical UW-owned facilities that reside within the institute, including a 300-acre camp designated for environmental conservation and youth leadership and development.

he Natural Resources Institute works at the crossroads of communities, natural resources and agriculture, and includes programs that address pressing issues and critical areas of outreach and research such as aquatic invasive species management, climate change, water quality in agricultural landscapes, forest conservation and management, and hydrogeology.
